Day to day maintenance and service on a 24 hr basis of the bungalow by engaging 4 (four) nos competent personnel capable of rendering service as attendant cum caretaker 1 no, cook helper 1 nos, labour/Helper 1no, gardener (Mali) 1 no etc. for satisfactory maintenance weeping, cleaning with Supply and delivery of room freshener, liquid soap, lysol, duster, broom, wiper, colene, phul jharu, good night for Cleaning, washing and wiping of all the space and floors of bunglow and annex rest shed including doors, windows, walls, ceiling, stairs etc. free from dirt and upkeepment of all furniture, gadgets, Odonil, Naphthalene, harpic, wiper phenyl, bleaching powder, muriatic acid, broom toilet paper, commode brush, duster for cleaning, washing and sweeping of toilets and bathrooms including refilling of LPG gas, 2 nos DTH recharge once in a month of bunglow, Cleaning and washing of clothing in door, window screen, bed cover, bed sheet, mosquito nets, pillow cover, bath towels, hand towel, curtain after using one time including ironing the same and blanket cover, blanket carpet, scotch brite, vim bar, kitchen duster, colene, lysol, k. oil, broom, wiper, liquid soap for upkeepment and cleaning, washing of kitchen appliance, crockeries, utensil by supplying necessary materials as and when required. etc by supplying necessary materials as and when required. all portions of the bungalow as well as outside area just adjacent to the bungalow and rendering service for the entire bungalow towards cooking & servicing tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner etc. and related items including daily maintenance and beautification of the existing garden and the vacant places inside the Bunglow compound including water bodies with supplying and plantation of atleast 3 times (Summer, autumn, winter) necessary decorative different type seasonal flowers after uprooting previous season plants, upkeepment of decorative plants & other fruit plants by supplying necessary fertilizer, bio chemical, manures, pesticides, insecticides etc. including regular curing, watering, nursing, propagation by cutting, trufing, pruning, weeding young plants, at Bunglow as and when required as per direction of EIC with arrangement of competent personnel (specially for electrical as when required basis) for up keeping of entire electrical installation, wiring of bungalow, adjacent yard lighting, electrical switch gears, voltage stabilizers, AC machine with servicing cleaning and minor repairing of existing 20 KVA Diesel Generator including minor repairing as required with using electrical accessories, tools, plants, tape etc for and minor repairing of AC machines as required with using electrical accessories, tools, plants, tape etc for smooth running of entire electrical installation of Bungalow and outside area as per direction of EIC.
