Installation, wiring, testing and commissioning Set of track circuit on Straight Portion of Track (without involving points and crossings) as per Drawing No. SK/DRG/OL/27 or latest and track bonding plan. The work includes drilling of 9/32" hole on Rails, provision of bonding, fixing and painting of Track Lead Junction Boxes, termination of tail cables, termination of Track lead wires, double Jumper wires, Installation & wiring of track feed set (Track Charger, Adjustable Resistance, choke coil, fuses, battery, relays etc.), testing of Glued/Block Joints and also lettering/numbering of track lead junction boxes, block joints and track circuits. This also includes transportation of all materials required for the above installation. Note: Track feed set, bonding wires, TLJB, channel pin, tail cable to be supplied by Railway.

Maintenance of signalling gears required for the execution of track machines such as unimate , MP-2007, CSM, DUMETC,BCM, SRM and any other track maintenance machine work includes:- a) Proper dressing of Track Leads jumpers/ removing & re-fixing of axle counter track devices as required by Railway representative at site before and after commencing of Unimate, MP- 2007, CSM, DUMETC, BCM, BRM & SRM etc machine. This includes replacement of defective jumpers Bonding etc. Jumper/Bonding will be provided by Railway. b) Dismantling & ReFixing Turn out, Installation and testing of rodding set for point machines and point machine as per direction of 10 railway representative at site. (c) All damaged cable due to unimate, MP-2007 CSM, DVO METIC, BCM SRM and any other Track maintenance machine work should be meggered properly and it required, should be replaced by the contractor as directed by railways representative at site. Cable will be supplied by railway. (d) It includes drilling hole in rail as per site requirement and any work of EOLB or sliding boom and earting arrangement of signalling gears. Any other work as per instruction of Railway Engineer. All T&P & Jigs required to execute the work will be supplied by contractor. Note: The team to be provided for this work should comprise of Black smith/Wire Man-1 No., and Helper- 3 Nos. (Machine Days =Numbers).Inspection: By Consignee.

Supplying & placing of Mechanically Woven Double Twisted Hexagonal cum Shaped Wire Mesh Gabion Boxes of required sizes, Mesh Type 10cm x 12cm, Zn and PVC coated Mesh Wire dia. 2.7/3.7mm (ID/OD), edges of meshes mechanically edged / selvedged with heavy coating of galvanization as per EN 10223-3/ASTM A 975 with partitions at every 1m interval and properly packed with approx. 150mm size boulders including transportation and placing at indicated places as per direction of engineer-in-charge including contractor's tools, plants, labour, royalty charges etc. complete in all respect and stitching with lacing wire of dia. 2.2/3.2mm (ID/OD) @ 5% by weight of Gabion boxes, carrying the material by head load from nearest approach with all safety precautions and all leads and lifts. Designing and developing Detailed structural and working Drawings for following items for ROB/RUB/Bridge based on Railway's approved GADs, duly collecting necessary data from Railways and R&B authorities, duly designing members and submission of check plot duly getting proof-checked by Railway approved institutes, submitting for Railway's verification and approval, making corrections duly incorporating suggestions in drawings/designs, further submission of original in transparent film paper and soft copy (CD) for Railways approval etc. with contractor's technical expertise and instruments, labour, consumables, repeatedly attending till final approval etc., complete as directed by Engineer in-charge.

Fixing of CLS surface base, bolting on the foundation. Erection of CLS post with signal unit on the top or on an off-set bracket and fitting ladder and guard to the post at the top. Concreting ladder base and embedded into the ground with supporting bracket in the middle, blanking of the ladder for a distance of 1 feet between the height 6' 9" and 7'9" from the rail level by MS angle and MS sheet 6mm thick wherever required. This includes provision of wooden (SAL) cross arm 1 mtr x 1 mtr for CLS unit prior to the commissioning, fixing of LED aspect, current regulator and 05 hoods of CLS unit, terminating cables, wiring the CLS unit and focusing the signal. Elevation & distance of foundation from track shall be in accordance with schedule of dimension for Indian Railways and as per NR practice. All items for the above works except Signal unit, LED signal, Signal post, Base and Ladder shall be supplied by the contractor including but not limited to the following: i) "U" bolt for offset brackets, ii) Wooden cross arm 1 mtr. x 1 mtr., iii) MS angle and MS sheet for blanking of ladder, iv) Supply and fixing of signal number plate (Retro reflective) with complete fittings as per standerd railway practice. v) Wire mesh guard, lock for unit if required, nuts, bolts etc for the following: (a) Installation, erection, wiring of 2 aspect color light signal.Inspection: By Consignee

Preparation of Gate Working Rules (GWR) in English on the basis of station working 91 rule diagram and gate working rule diagram to be supplied by the contractor. Submission of two draft copy to railways for checking and resubmission of draft in three copies for approval of division after making corrections. Editable Soft copy to be supplied in pen drive.
