Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of sewage treatment plant (STP) of 75 KLD capacity with all civil, electrical and structural works (including Earth work excavation, Backfilling, Concrete RCC & PCC etc), piping, tanks, pumps, instruments as per requirements details in the tender document.

(d) OIL AND GREASE TRAP/GRIT CHAMBER:- oil and greese trap/grit chambers shall be constructed. The sewage shall move to oil and greese trap/grit chamber from the secreen chamber through gravity. The levels shall accoprdingly be decided as approved by GE. Note-chamber shall be measured and paid seprately in respective sch. (e) EQUALIZATION TANK:- The equalization tank shall be constructed as per approved drawing. (f) SEWAGE TREATMENT UNIT:- The sewage shall be pumped of STP unit. The Sewage treatment plant shall be of package type with 20KLD capacity having microprocessor based control with all mechanical & civil works, with suitable heating arrangement. The STP unit shall consist of all componets required for satisfactory functioning of STP with inlet and outlet sewage characterististics as mention below. Comprehensive Maintenance (Breakdown Maintenance and Routine Maintenance) of all the Electro-Mechanical Equipments installed within 04 MLD Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) within the contract period of 60 months (5 years) inclusive of all taxes, Consumables, Breakdown maintenance shall include rectification of damages & preventive maintenance of all electro-mechanical equipments
