Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etcetera complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in the regular pits not exceeding 0.5m in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20cm. layers, including ramming and dessing the surface to required levels & slopes & also including 1.5 lift & 30m. lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30m. Distance as directed by the enginee incharge (Including Royalty). S.I. 253
