Supply, Installation and testing of hot dip GI earth electrode 3.8 m long 100 dia NB heavy duty as per IS 1239 completeand as per drawing with all parts including necessary civil works like brick works, plaster, paint, PCC attached to the Pit & other associated civil works and required S.S. hardware for earth pit. as per enclosed Drawing & necessary Earthing GI accessories. Earth electrodes shall be hot dip galvanised (Min 120 Micron coating) after drilling / welding. The installation includes handling ,Transportation from to Erection site ,Excavation of Earth pit in all types of soil ,breaking of concrete, back filling of pit with common salt, charcoal / coke and loose Earth after Installation of Electrode there in, removal of surplus Earth away from Erection site, consolidation of loose Earth on back filled pit, making of bricks work, Inspection chamber on back filled pit and cover ,there of complete with lifting hook, fixing & connecting inside the chamber of G.I. Earth bracket and other accessories of the Earth Electrode, painting of Earth pit No. and Earthing symbol,writing of electrode resistance,grid resistance,Earth pit type(NEP,BEP,LEP),equipment protected on the cover, supply of salt, charcoal /coke, bricks, sand, cement, stone chips, reinforcement rods, lifting hook, necessary stainless steel hardware, paints etc.,all works, labour & materials complete as per Drawings, specifications, code & standards and direction of engineer-in-charge .Bidder shall note that the excavation may be for hard or soft soil and rate is inclusive of excavation of Earth pit. Note : 1. SS nut - bolts to be used in lieu of GI nut bolts 2. MS chequered plate cover duly painted with synthetic & fixed with lining arrangement to be provided. 3. Earth Pit Data display board to be provided. The size of the board will be same as existing Pits
