RECEPTION CEILING OPTION 2 - STRETCH CEILING Providing and installing PVC stretch ceiling system for the reception area, suitable for Grade-A office spaces , comprising fire-retardant PVC membrane (minimum 0.18 mm thick) with approved matte/satin/gloss finish, fixed to concealed aluminium / PVC perimeter track system, complete with heat-stretch installation to achieve a smooth, level, wrinkle-free surface. The system shall comply with applicable Indian standards and local fire safety norms (minimum Class B-s1, d0 or equivalent), be moisture-, humidity- and mold-resistant, and suitable for air-conditioned office environments. Provision shall include reinforced cut-outs for lighting fixtures, HVAC diffusers, sprinklers and detectors as required. Rate to include all materials, accessories, fixings, labour, tools, testing, and a minimum 10-year manufacturer warranty, complete in all respects.
