(2W plus 1S) fine Screens of suitable size along with screw conveyor for 60 MLD average flow with peak factor of 2.25. c) 8 No. High Mast of 12.50 mtr GI Octagonal pole of 4 mm thickness, Window at 500 mm from Base Plate with 8 No. LED of 200 W each suitable size, outdoor type energy efficient lamps on each pole. 30 No. LED outdoor light of 72 W with 7 m. high GI pole along road / path including all accessories complete in all respect. d) Supply and installation of 1 No. 6.00 m wide x 1.80 m height Sliding Main Gate of MS and 1.25 m. wide wicket gate at STP, Outer frame with 5 mm and Internla frame pipes of 4 mm to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Total weight not less than 500 kg). e) Providing and installing 2 No. Belt Filter Press (1Working plus 1 Stand bye) including Belt Filter Press feed pump, all fittings, instrumentation, electric panel board etc. as per design complete in all respect and the same shall be disposed off as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge within 10 KM radius. `The above items includes 11 years defect liability period cum operation and maintenance period.

32.70.2 Supply Installation testing commissioning of Solar Photovoltaic grid connected roof top Plant conforming to MNRE specifications as amended, consisting of Mono/Poly Crystalline silicon solar cells, net metering facility, necessary protections, earthing, mounted on Aluminium/GI structure of suitable strength with following components complete as required:- (a) Solar Photovoltaic Module manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. Solar Photovoltaic Module conversion efficiency shall not be less than 16.5%. PV modules used in solar power plants/ systems must be warranted for their output peak watt capacity, which should not be less than 90% at the end of 10 years and 80% at the end of 25 years. (b) Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of 350-800 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, three phase, 4 wire, 50Hz plus /- 2.5 Hz, output voltage suitable to generate AC (c) Power with efficiency not less than 97%, total harmonic distortion less than 3% and suitable for ambient temperature from 0 to 50 degrees C. The PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit grid frequency (d) Data Monitoring System complete with accessories. (e) Fixing of Array junction box and Main junction box with IP 65 protection and termination arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable along with glands, lugs and other accessories etc. as required. NS Item -MPS AT Design, construction, erection, testing and commissioning of MPS and following components: a RCC Inlet chamber, screening chamber, collecting tank, , wet well sump suitable for 2.00 MLD average flow with peak factor 3 including Providing and installing as per CPHHEO manual non clog sewage submersible pump sets having minimum head of 15 m, equipped with suitable LT panel boards, all safety devices, automatic capacitor bank and suitable size submersible cable from LT panel to pumps complete in all respect excluding OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. b K9 DI pipe of suitable dia at MPS including welding and screwing of flanges, ISI marked D.I. fittings, sluice valves, non returning valves as per equirements even for bye-pass arrangements complete in all respect excluding OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. c) 3 Nos. CI Gear Operated Sluice Gate with SS Spindle (SS 410) and seats (SS 304) (2 nos. for screen and 1 no. for partition of collecting tank) as per design excluding OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. d Supply and installation of 2 mechanical coarse screens suitable for for 2.00 MLD average flow with peak factor of 3.0 complete in all respect excluding OandM during Defect liability period of 12 months after trial run period of 3 months and 5 years thereafter. e Entire infrastructure except construction of staff quarter, Boundary wall, path ways / roads and work covered under Schedule - (HSR - Items) required to be executed at site to make the MPS functional is included in the scope of work for lump-sum job. f) All the pumping machinery, panel board, Level sensor etc shall be controlled by PLC and SCADA and shall be synchronized with PLC panels at MPS and STP site through broadband internet facility. g) Raw sewage will be available near boundary wall within the premises of proposed STP but the conveyance of sewage through DI pipe of suitable diameter, from this terminal point to the receiving Chamber of the MPS is included in the Turnkey contract. The Level of the MPS / STP will be as per bed level of existing incoming sewer at MPS. h) The size and quantities of all the above components will be as per approved structural/ Hydraulic / Mechanical/ Electrical design to be approved by Departmental before actual execution of work.
