NEWPrivate Tenders: published by organisations, on TenderKart or on their own portals: published by organisations
Companies and institutions publish their tenders here. Bidders search them with the filters they already use. Publishers reach bidders whose alerts match.
Try searching:
For organisations
Put your requirement in front of bidders whose saved alerts already match it.
How it works
For bidders
Search or save an alert
Use the same filters as Live Tenders: keyword, state, city, category and amount.
Hear about new ones first
When an organisation publishes a tender that matches your alert, you get notified.
Open the tender
Read the scope, eligibility, BoQ and documents, and download what you need.
Show interest and bid
For a tender published on TenderKart, share your contact with the publisher. Submit your bid the way the tender specifies.
For organisations
Create your organisation
Its name, type, location and a contact person. It takes a minute.
Fill in the tender step by step
Scope, dates, fees and EMD, eligibility, BoQ and documents. It saves as a draft as you go.
TenderKart reviews it
Every tender is checked before it goes live. If something needs fixing, you get a note and can resubmit.
It goes live and bidders are alerted
Bidders whose saved alerts match it are notified, and you see views, downloads and interest.
TenderKart reviews every tender and corrigendum published on it before bidders see them. Tenders from a company's own portal appear as that portal lists them.
Publishers can add their GSTIN and GST certificate; their tenders carry the badge once TenderKart has checked them.
TenderKart never collects tender fees or EMD and takes no bids. Bidders submit the way the publisher specifies.
Save an alert and hear about matching private tenders as soon as they go live.
Set up your organisation and start a draft. Publishing is free.
A tender from a company or institution rather than a government body. Some are published directly on TenderKart; the others are collected from private companies' own procurement portals. Each has the same parts as any tender: scope, dates, eligibility, a BoQ and documents.
Private and public companies, LLPs and partnerships, proprietorships, trusts, societies and cooperatives. TenderKart reviews every tender published on it before it goes live.
Yes. Searching and browsing are free. Opening full details and downloading documents works the same way as for every other tender on TenderKart.
The way the publisher specifies in the tender: at an address, by email, on their own portal, or as they describe. TenderKart takes no bids and never collects tender fees or EMD.
Every tender published on TenderKart is reviewed before it goes live. A publisher whose GSTIN and GST certificate TenderKart has checked carries the Verified publisher badge; the others are marked Unverified. Tenders collected from a company's own portal appear as that portal lists them: TenderKart does not review them, and they carry no badge. Pay fees or EMD only as the tender document says, never to TenderKart.
Yes. Your saved filters and alerts cover private tenders automatically: when one that matches is published, it is in your next alert.
Yes. Publishing a tender and its corrigenda is free, and so are the alerts to matching bidders and the counts of views, downloads and interest. Only the list of interested bidders with their contact details is paid, and it is unlocked one tender at a time.
Any organisation buying goods, services or works: private and public companies, LLPs and partnerships, proprietorships, trusts, societies and NGOs, and cooperatives.
No. Verification is optional and only changes the badge bidders see. Without it your tenders are marked Unverified; once TenderKart has checked your GSTIN and GST certificate they are marked Verified publisher.
TenderKart reviews it. A reviewer either approves it or asks for changes, which you make and resubmit. Once approved, it goes live and bidders with matching alerts are notified.
Not on TenderKart. You state how bids are to be submitted, for example offline or by email, and bidders follow that. TenderKart does not collect tender fees or EMD and does not take bids.
Yes, with a corrigendum: extend the dates, add or replace documents, or change the BoQ or other details. Each corrigendum is reviewed before it goes live.
No. The contact person you give is for TenderKart and your own record. Bidders reach you by showing interest in the tender.
