Providing, Fabrication of Mild steel, Plane Ended / Flanged Spacials like Tees, Bends, Reducers, Enlargers, Plugs, Tail Pieces and Blank Flange made from MS pipe, MS sheet strip and MS Sheet of required sizes by welding, cutting and treading as per site Conditions and as directed by the EIC complete in all respect.

Sluice Gate (1m X3.2m) at Ravi Canal Fabrication and installation of Sluice Gate at the proposed head works at Ravi canal to regulate irrigation water by way of Fabrication of leaf structure of size 1mX3.2m (approx.) using the ISMC 150 channel size with vertical & horizontal cross members for support by way of cutting as per required size and then welding using superior quality electrodes. The leaf is to be fabricated with 8 number horizontal supports and 3 number vertical supports at equidistance from each other. The supports should be fabricated out of ISMC 150 channel. Providing and welding the MS sheet of 12 mm thickness on the frame of fabricated MS channel. The Job also includes complete fabrication of outer frame MS structure of size (1m X5.2m) by MS channel of ISMC 250 consisting of groove channels, base channels and checking it for trouble free operation. Top hoisting channel consisting of 2 number of ISMC 300 of length 2 meters each. Fabrication of L shaped clamps attaching stem rod attachment during up and downward moment of gate. Fabrication, providing & fitting of 05 Ton capacity manually operated, worm gear type winch machine along with stem rod.Oiling and greasing the gear and bearings mechanism before fitting. Providing and fitting of rain pipe over the winch machine to secure the stem rod and machinery. Loading the gate structure along with winch machine on the mechanical transport for carrying to site of installation. Unloading the gate structure at road side then shifting to the site of installation. Installation of gate structure by way of lowering the leaf structure into the sliding grooves using skilled manual labour and hyrda. Drilling requisite no. of holes in hoisting channels at site. Providing and fixing of rubber seals(reputed make) with MS Flat 40mmX5mm with nuts&bolts and also ensure the seal is continuous all around to prevent leakages. Job further includes providing and fitting of fasteners to the embedded frame of the gate. Fitting of winch machine on the supporting channel and connecting the stem rod to the leaf structure after ensuring the proper alignment/gravity of the gate structure. Complete painting of gate structure with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of superior quality enamel paint. Complete job includes cost of material, transportation charges, labour charges,hiring charges of generator, hyrda charges and testing for its smooth operation at site. Note:-The tenderers are requested to visit the site and quote the rate as per site conditions. Any modifications/ alterations of the job, absolutely necessary if required at the time of execution may be done as per actual site conditions.
