Agency shall deploy qualified personnel for obtaining samples and their conveyance and other expenses shall be in the scope of the agency for carrying out above work transportation of instruments the agency shall provide a suitable vehicle to their personnel The entire expenses towards vehicle fuel and lubricants and services repair including driver expenses shall be agency responsibility Schedule of obtaining samples shall be furnished to AGM C2 BTPS well in advance example schedule for obtaining samples for the month of oct 2026 shall be furnished during 4th week of sep 2026 and just before obtaining the samples the engineer in charge shall be kept informed equipment to be used by agency should be in good working condition with calibration certificate agency shall take responsibility in installing monitoring safety and security The calibration certificates shall be furnished Agency shall collect the sampling of water air stack etc and sent to their laboratory for analysis And tests analysis shall be conducted at their own laboratories as per the stipulated norms and for the parameters and shall submit reports All cost for sending the samples from site to their laboratories chemical consumable required for conducting analysis labor equipment instrument services and administrative services are at agency risk and cost Agency has to carry out the analysis for environmental pollutants sewage effluent Cooling tower Boiler Blow down Ash Pond Over Flow in the following standard formats
