Testing, Adjusting and Balancing (TAB) and Commissioning of the complete VRF/VRV HVAC system including but not limited to: (a) verification of refrigerant charge in each circuit using sub-cooling/super-heat method and electronic leak detection at all brazed joints and flare connections; (b) airflow measurement and balancing at each supply air diffuser and return air grille using calibrated balometer/anemometer to achieve design CFM within ±10% tolerance; (c) duct leakage testing of main duct runs to SMACNA Class-A seal standard; (d) measurement and recording of supply air temperature, return air temperature, and room temperature at each indoor unit at steady-state conditions; (e) verification of condensate drain flow from each indoor unit; (f) verification of BMS/fire shutdown signal response from each indoor unit; (g) verification of central controller communication with all 17 indoor units; (h) noise level measurement at representative occupied spaces (target NC-35 for reading areas, NC-40 for office/stores); (i) preparation and submission of detailed TAB report with all measured values in tabulated format, instrument calibration certificates, and as-built system performance data.
