Complete Servicing of the Air Handling Units of the Central Air Conditioning system (225 TR x 3 Units) for installed at Govt. Super Specialty Hospital, Jammu.

Repairs of Air Conditioning System of 17 TR capacity DX coil and Air Handling Unit including allied works Eye Operation Theatre of GMC&H, Jammu by way of dismantling of the damaged scroll compressor – 01 No. of 8.5 TR capacity from package Outer unit after closing all required valves, disconnecting all electrical connections from the main panel and disengaging all piping connections etc. The job includes replacement of damaged/sheared ducting sheet of 24 SWG in the AHU about 65 sq.ft with new one by unlocking/dismantling 2 sides of the AHU for making access for working in the AHU Chamber. Then removing/taking out the blower carefully in open area so that repairs works can be carried out. The damaged sheet of blower is carefully taken out from its position and fixing of the new sheet of same guage at its place is done with help of interlocking joints and screws. The job includes taking out the damaged blower and sending it to workshop for realigning of its shaft and replacing its wobbled bearings .Then the blower is assembled and sent at site . The job includes replacement of damaged 01 No Motor of Outer Unit with new one of 7.5 HP capacity. The job also includes replacement of damaged copper pipes of size 7/8” and ½” dia about 10 ft length along with insulations and copper elbows, copper sockets etc from the OD ductable units in the designated area by way of Brazing process. The job includes leak detection test by filling Nitrogen gas in the system at the pressure of 1.5 times its operating pressure. The entire Unit is first tested at low pressure to make sure there are no leaks in system and then at high pressure. This pressure testing is repeated until there are no more leaks, flushing the lines and then making electrical connections. Replacement of 63 Amp MCCB 01No, contactors 02 No’s and Connecters 02 No”s, air filters 04 No’s and both pulleys along with V-Belts in place of damaged ones and also replacement of damaged internal wiring of panel and testing and commissioning of the unit on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, taxes, skilled labour charges, to and fro charges and all types of taxes etc. Complete Job.
